WQ(D) vortex pump is a kind of equipment named because of its internal fluid rotating vortex motion. When the impeller rotates, a through-flow and a circulating flow are formed in the bladeless cavity in front of the impeller. The middle of the circulating flow is a low-pressure area. Solid particles fall into this area and flow out under the drive of the swirling flow. Therefore, most of the solid materials flow directly from the bladeless cavity without passing through the impeller. Vortex pump is also known as non-clogging pump.
Applicable environment
Vortex pumps are mostly used to pump complex media or fluids containing impurities, such as two-phase fluids containing garbage, short fiber materials or feces. In addition, due to the good suction performance of the pump, it has good anti-cavitation performance and can pump liquids with high gas content.
