Eight great tricks for water pump energy saving
1. Shorten the pipeline as much as possible.
2. Do not use a "high-angle fire" type water outlet pipe. This type of outlet pipe increases energy consumption. The water pump outlet should be directly facing the water pool.
3. Increase the diameter of the outlet pipe as much as possible.
4. Remove blockages in the pipeline promptly. Foreign objects remaining in the inlet pipe, impeller, or volute flow passage will reduce the water output.
5. Use direct coupling drive as much as possible, as direct coupling drive is more efficient than belt drive.
6. Remove the filter screen if the inlet water is clean.
7. Carefully check all sealing parts of the water pump to prevent air from entering the pump. If air enters the pump, the water output will significantly decrease.
8. Use an electric motor instead of a diesel or gasoline engine whenever possible. If conditions allow, use a three-phase asynchronous motor instead of a single-phase asynchronous motor.
